询盘接口不会保存你的原始询盘正文、联系方式、Turnstile token 或 IP 地址。接口仅保存随机请求编号、 租约编号、包含随机请求编号的 SHA-256 指纹、发送状态和时间信息，并在 24 小时后逻辑过期和安排删除。 每次成功提交后，Cloudflare Workers Logs 会保存 1 条结构化运营指标，最长 7 天，仅含响应状态、语种、 处理耗时、白名单内的 UTM source/medium 分类，以及 campaign、term、content 是否存在的标记； 不保存原始 UTM 文本，也不含表单正文、联系方式、姓名或公司、产品参考链接、备注、Turnstile token 或 IP 地址。 普通询盘 Gmail 邮件在最后一次有效沟通后通常保留不超过 24 个月，并通过人工复核清理； 如果询盘形成报价、订单、合同或付款记录，相关记录会按照履行交易、会计、税务和适用法律义务所需期限另行保存。 我们不会在未经你选择的情况下把询盘信息用于营销。

The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile for security and Cloudflare Workers and Email Service to deliver the inquiry to qianjiabao1999@gmail.com. Cloudflare may process the IP address, browser information, and network security signals to prevent abuse. Google Gmail processes delivered inquiry emails under its own terms. These providers may process data outside your country or region.
The website loads Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity only after you explicitly choose “Allow analytics,” so that we can understand page use and diagnose performance or interaction issues. Choosing “Reject” does not affect core website features or inquiry submission, and you can change your choice at any time with the non-floating “Analytics settings” button below on this privacy page. Your Allow or Reject choice, its time, and this notice’s policy version are stored only in this browser on your device for up to 12 months; a Decide later choice is stored for up to 30 days. This preference record is not sent to our server. For source attribution, a directly submitted inquiry email also includes the first landing-page path, the external referrer hostname, and length-limited UTM source, medium, campaign, term, and content parameters from the URL. These source fields are not fields entered in the inquiry form body or contact details. After permission is granted, analytics services may process page URLs, device and browser information, approximate network location, clicks, and session diagnostics. The source-attribution fields described above may be sent to Google Analytics 4 for attribution. We do not intentionally send products, contact details, product reference URLs, notes, or other inquiry-form field contents to Google Analytics 4 or Microsoft Clarity.
Cloudflare uses the country code inferred from the network request only to decide whether the analytics choice panel should appear automatically. The page receives only that coarse decision, not the country code, and we do not store the location. In the EEA, United Kingdom and Switzerland, or when the location is unknown, Tor-based or unavailable, analytics stays off and the panel may appear automatically. In other regions analytics also stays off by default, but the panel does not open automatically; you can make a choice below. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, analytics remains disabled.
The inquiry API does not retain the raw inquiry, contact details, Turnstile token, or IP address. It keeps only random request and lease identifiers, a SHA-256 fingerprint derived with the random submission ID, delivery state, and timing data, which logically expire and are scheduled for deletion after 24 hours. Cloudflare Workers Logs keeps one structured operational metric for each successful submission for up to 7 days, limited to response status, language, processing time, allowlisted UTM source and medium categories, and presence flags for campaign, term, and content. It does not retain the original UTM text and excludes form content, contact details, name or company, reference URLs, notes, the Turnstile token, and the IP address. Ordinary Gmail inquiry messages are generally kept for no more than 24 months after the last substantive communication and are removed through manual review. If an inquiry becomes a quotation, order, contract, or payment record, the relevant record is kept separately for the time needed to perform the transaction and meet accounting, tax, and applicable legal obligations. We do not use inquiry details for marketing that you have not chosen.
Do not submit identity documents, bank card data, health information, or other sensitive data. The inquiry service is not directed to children. To request access, correction, deletion, restriction, withdrawal of consent, or to object, email qianjiabao1999@gmail.com with “Privacy Request” in the subject and the minimum information needed to locate the inquiry. We may perform proportionate identity verification and will respond within 30 days or the period required by applicable law. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal. Where applicable, you may also complain to the personal-information or data-protection authority with jurisdiction. If you choose a WhatsApp, Gmail, WeChat, or Telegram fallback, that provider also processes the information under its own privacy terms.
